Made two orders for my pool project. During the second order the shipper damaged part of my order. I contacted Sidercrete, the next day one of the company owners was talking to me, the order was corrected and I completed my project. Great company, great products and I can tell they care a lot.

I purchased Sider Sealer previously to recoat an aging pool deck.  Customer service was super helpful in listening to what I needed and helping me to select an appropriate color.  This time, I placed an order for Sider Sealer in a different color.  Customer service representatives noticed and contacted me to ensure that I hadn't made a mistake! I let them know that I was selecting an accent color for trim so they confirmed that this was a great color combination and shipped it out immediately.  As before, the product arrived quickly and in pristine condition.  Sider Sealer is easy to use and gives a great result. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this company. :)
