I ordered the wrong Sider-Crete product through Amazon, they (amazon) would not let me return it.
Called Sider-Crete directly and they resolved the issue with no problem. Would highly recommend.
Also, the product is great.

Me and 2 others applied this in two days... 3 hours day 1 and 4.5 hours on day 2 - in a 45,000 gallon pool! Very simple to install, just have to stay on top of it, and take you time at the corners, steps and other details.

In the summer of 23 my wife and I redid our pool with the roll on plaster product.  It was a huge success and we were very happy with the job.  In January I noticed a spot on the steps that seemed to be crumbling and by early Spring it was evident that I had put the plaster on a little too thin in spots on the edge of the steps.  I ordered 1 bag of the produce and after lowering the water level, was able to make the repair.  My pool is back to looking great and ready for summer.

I've been replastering my own pool DIY style for the past 35 years and used this product for the first time this year.  I found the product easy to mix and apply and was pleased with it overall.  The pool looks good and is ready for water.  Next, is to see how well this product does over the summer season.

I was very nervous about this as a DIY project, but it went surprisingly smooth.  It's definitely a three-person, at a minimum, job and even then it was a lot of work, but I'm very happy with the results.
