| How & Where do you ship? |

We do ship our products to all 50 states and export worldwide where permitted by law; however, for international orders or shipping to Alaska & Hawaii, please contact our office - Sales Inquiry
Shipping notes:
- Please keep in mind that your order may ship with a common
carrier trucking company (ie - R&L Transport, XPO Logistics, SEFL/Southeastern Freightways, etc...) and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
- The shipping company will contact you to establish a delivery appointment;
please make sure to be present for the delivery as all deliveries require a
signature.
- Your order will be a curb-side delivery; it will be unloaded
from the truck with a liftgate and palette-jack and placed at you
curb/sidewalk/end of driveway.]
- If you feel that your address is not reachable by a standard 53
foot/18 wheeler truck, please advise us immediately and advise the transport
company when they contact you for a delivery appointment, as smaller delivery trucks are available.
- All sales are subject to Sider-Crete’s - Terms & Conditions of Sale
- Please check
contents against the Packing List or Bill of Lading prior to signing for
receipt. Report any damage to the driver and note it on the Bill of
Lading before signing. Customer assumes full responsibility for damage or
loss once the Bill of Lading is signed.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. |
