We purchased mortar, grout and plaster for our pool and recieved it quickly but had 2 bags tear in transit. I called and let them know and they were extremely nice, caring and quick to send me out 2 replacements. Our pool is complete and there products worked perfectly to finish off our beautiful pool just in time for summer.

The Sider folks are always very helpful when I phoned for answers.  Goes on as advertised, been a month and all seems as expected.  Did all the prep steps and used a bit less than I expected but didnt scrimp when using the material to resurface two coats on my pool.  Looks great.
